LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT

Our Leadership Development programs are based on the concept of Intentional Adaptability®: a leader’s conscious decision to build capacity to continuously adapt to, to lead and to thrive in a world that is increasingly multicultural.

With assessments, individual and feedback sessions, reflexive writing and workshops, our programs center around themes such as Change Leadership, Leadership Communication and Cultural Intelligence.

Designed for the C-suite, our Change Leadership programs help CEOs and direct reports develop the ability to build a new narrative for the organization’s vision, strategy and culture and to formulate their own customized frameworks for transformation at a large scale. Change Leadership begins at the top level of the organization. It is different from change management, which can happen at other areas and levels.

In our Leadership Communication programs leaders access their ability to involve and engage their direct team of reports fostering continued involvement and commitment with concepts and tools such as Whole Brain mindset, Leadership Communication competences, dialogue and storytelling. Sessions can be customized for different leadership levels.

In our Cultural Intelligence programs leaders learn how to understand and leverage their ability to adapt, lead and thrive within the reality of different mindsets, corporate, national and occupational cultures.  Methodology includes assessments, reflection and dialogue, and tailored workshops designed to build capacity and continued impact for executives working internationally and/or managing projects that involve multicultural interactions.
